For 2 years long, I have been an Assistant Account Manager at Ligatus. My missions were globally to manage a large customer base and to develop it by optimizing their campaigns. Moreover, I was able to gain in skill, thereby my superiors gave me a better scope with more responsibilities. I even had the opportunity to work as a webdesigner at several occasions.

To be more precise, I had to maintain a good relationship with customers as with my team. I did my best to respect a balanced business vision by keeping in mind the interests of the customers as those of my team. Some may call it a win-win situation. For my concern, I enjoyed to be close to customers in order to be more efficient in my missions by understanding their needs and acting in their way as in mine.
Optimization proposals and campaign management
My way means the interests of Ligatus, so I had to optimize campaigns according to my company and the customer’s needs. This way I needed to identify most important KPIs and to focus on it for managing the campaigns in the best possible manners. Although, I occasionally act on my own to manage campaigns and ameliorate it with the means at hand. Most of those can be done easily thanks to the tools I can dispose of and their good use.

Constantly keeping an overview of the campaigns is an everyday job and one of the most important. Spot errors so you can act quickly, or even see opportunities to optimize a campaign and learn from it to do better for the next similar campaigns. This mission also requires an analysis capacity in order to see campaign’s potential and to do the right thing keeping all the best elements in mind which will guide you to success.
